  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details, spelling, and specifications.

  • Once a custom order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • MetalXArt.pk is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

💰 4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR.

  • We offer payment options including:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • Mobile Wallets

  • Orders may require partial or full advance payment in certain cases.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Custom products are non-returnable.
